CMA Music Awards Show 2008 Packages Terms & Conditions 

1. Country Music Association (CMA) Awards Ticket Policy: Tickets purchased are intended to be sold only as part of a tour group package and not as individual tickets.  Any attempts to transfer or re-sell the tickets for a price higher than the original purchase price are strictly prohibited.  Tickets may not be used as a prize or gift in any contest, drawing, auction, giveaway, or promotion or make any promotional, commercial, advertising or other trade use of the ticket without the prior express written consent of CMA. All current and future ticket privileges will be revoked and bearers of the tickets will be deemed as trespassers.  CMA reserves all legal rights and remedies.  Your purchase of a hotel/ticket package from BlueShoe Nashville is evidence of your agreement to comply with the terms set by the Country Music Association.
 
2. Call BlueShoe Nashville 615-383-3012 if you have questions regarding the CMA Awards Show 2008 packages,  including queries regarding the hotels or tickets. Hotel reservations or tickets are NOT sold separately. CMA Music Festival passes are sold only with a hotel package and price is by person. Packages purchased online include tax. Purchases online show the total package price, including tax; at the time of purchase a per person nonrefundable deposit is charged to your credit card. Nonrefundable deposits are required on each package. You will receive an email receipt for the deposit paid.
 
3. A nonrefundable deposit is required for each package purchased.   Nonrefundable deposits are as followed and are per person:
Gold(section 100 level)=$400.00 per person
Silver (section 200 level)=$300.00 per person
Bronze (section 300 level)=$150.00 per person  
 
The deposit will be subtracted from the total package price. A receipt will be sent to your email showing the total deposit. BlueShoe Nashville will send you a separate email confirming the details of your package purchase and showing the balance due. The balance of each package is due by Sept. 26, 2008.
 
We encourage you to purchase traveler's cancellation insurance from an independent insurance provider if you believe your travel plans may change.
  
4. All packages are for a 2-nights hotel stay. Checkin is Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008 and checkout is Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008. We will send you the pertinent hotel information with your hotel confirmation number in the middle of October 2008.   
 
5. Please request the hotel room type you would like in the special requests field at the bottom of the booking form. We cannot guarantee room type. We will contact you to confirm availability. Please be aware that due to new municipal laws effective Oct. 1, 2007 in Nashville, hotels have severely limited or eliminated entirely their smoking rooms. We cannot guarantee smoking rooms for any of our packages.

6. The balance of the package is due no later than Sept. 26, 2008. You may pay by check or credit card.

7. In the event that the credit card provided or Customer’s other form of payment is declined and full payment has not been received by Sept 26, 2008, then the package purchased herein will revert to BlueShoe Nashville and the deposit is forfeited. It is Customer’s responsibility to make certain that the form of payment provided is valid and not subject to an exceeded credit limit or expiration date.

8. Your CMA Awards Show tickets will be waiting for you upon check-in at your hotel and will be released to you upon your signature of receipt (proper ID will be required).
 
9. Please note that your purchase is nonrefundable. Non-use of tickets or hotel room will not qualify for a refund. All monies collected are nonrefundable. 

LIABILITY: In no event shall BlueShoe Nashville be responsible for any damages arising by reason of Customer’s purchase or use of services, lodging, or attractions from BlueShoe Nashville or its affiliates. In all instances, BlueShoe Nashville’s maximum aggregate liability to Customer arising by reason of this transaction shall be the amount paid by Customer to BlueShoe Nashville.

CMA Music Festival 2009 Packages Terms & Conditions

1. Call BlueShoe Nashville 615-383-3012 if you have questions regarding the CMA Music Festival 2009 packages,  including queries regarding the hotels or tickets. Hotel reservations or tickets are NOT sold separately. CMA Music Festival passes are sold only with a hotel package and price is by person. Packages purchased online include tax. Purchases online show the total package price, including tax; at the time of purchase a per person nonrefundable deposit of $160.00 USD is charged to your credit card. Nonrefundable deposits are required on each package. You will receive an email receipt for the deposit paid.

2. A nonrefundable deposit of $160 USD per person is required for each package purchased and will be charged to the credit card submitted online at the time of purchase.  The deposit will be subtracted from the total package price. A receipt will be sent to your email showing the total deposit. BlueShoe Nashville will send you a separate email confirming the details of your package purchase and showing the balance due. The balance of each package is due no later than April 1, 2009 (March 1, 2009 for the Hermitage Hotel, the Holiday Inn Express, and the Courtyard Marriott).
 
3. Unless otherwise specified, the balance of your package price is due by April 1, 2008. [Note: for packages with rooms at the downtown Hermitage Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, and the Marriott Courtyard downtown, the deadline is March 1, 2009.] You have until April 1, 2009 (March 1, 2009 for The Hermitage, Holiday Inn Express, and Courtyard Marriott packages) to cancel this agreement; cancellation by that date will result in a refund of the total amount paid to date minus the nonrefundable deposit ($160 per person). After April 1, 2009 (March 1, 2009 for The Hermitage, Holiday Inn Express, and the Courtyard Marriott), the entire cost of the package is nonrefundable and all monies collected are nonrefundable. BlueShoe Nashville recommends you consider purchasing independent traveler’s cancellation insurance from an outside vendor if you believe your travel plans may change. FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE ON OR BEFORE APRIL 1, 2009 (MARCH 1, 2009 for THE HERMITAGE, HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & the COURTYARD MARRIOTT). TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED IF FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THIS DATE.

5. In the event that the credit card provided or Customer’s other form of payment is declined and full payment has not been made by April 1, 2009 (March 1, 2009 for The Hermitage Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, and the Courtyard), then Customer’s deposit is forfeited. The package purchased herein will revert to BlueShoe Nashville on such date. Miscellaneous.
These terms of sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that venue for any action shall be in the state and federal courts of Davidson County, Tennessee and hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If for any reason a court finds a provision or portion of the foregoing terms of sale to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue to be valid and shall remain in full force and effect.

Terms of Sale:

  • If paying for your vacation with a credit card, you are hereby stating that you are the authorized cardholder, or that you have been authorized by the cardholder to use the credit card. In the event the credit card on the Order Form is dishonored, rejected or later contested for any reason, you agree to pay the amount indicated on the order form to BlueShoe LLC.
  • In no event shall  BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) be responsible for any damages arising by reason of your purchase or use of services, lodging or attractions from BlueShoe LLC. In all instances, BlueShoe LLC's maximum aggregate liability to you arising by reason of this transaction shall be the amount paid by you to BlueShoe LLC.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueShoe LLC, its affiliate companies, its officers, directors, agents and employees against any costs, fines, claims, damages, charges, or fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising by reason of this transaction.
  • If notice is required, you agree to notify BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) by mail at the above address. Notice will be deemed given when received by BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) . BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) will not be liable for problems caused by misdirected or undelivered mail. BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) will direct all correspondence to you at the address provided by you unless you notify us of a change of address seven (7) days prior to our mailing.
  • BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC)  shall not be responsible for any breach of this agreement caused in part or in whole for any reason outside the reasonable control of BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) . You agree that at all times this agreement and your purchase and use of services, lodging or attractions shall be subject to all applicable laws, treaties and border agreements. You agree that you shall be responsible for complying with all such laws pertaining to your travel and the use of services, lodging or attractions through the BlueShoeNashville.com website.
  • BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) may terminate this agreement and this transaction for any violation of its web site Terms of Use. BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) reserves the right to cancel this transaction and refund any amounts paid by you for unused and cancellable services, lodging or attractions for good cause, as determined in the sole discretion of BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) . In some instances, cancellation fees will apply.
  • This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute under or in connection with this Agreement or any of the transaction contemplated herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of and the personal jurisdiction within the state and federal courts within Davidson County, Tennessee. You hereby waive any objection you may have to personal jurisdiction in such courts. In the event you default on the terms of this agreement, you agree to pay to BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) all costs, fees and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees.
  • By ordering through our website, you agree to BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) use of electronic records to evidence this agreement. You understand that you have the right to not consent to the use of electronic records by canceling this transaction. In such event, this will be null and void. Your consent applies only to this transaction. You hereby waive any objection you may have to BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC's) use of electronic records in court should it be necessary for BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) to enforce the terms of this agreement.
  • Prices are subject to change. Prices are locked once an order is placed. The only way to guarantee a specific price is to place the order at the time the quote is initially received. All prices are in US Dollars.
  • Lodging, show, attraction, and other reservations are subject to availability.
  • Seat assignments are based on the level or section of ticket purchased. We will forward any special request to the reservation department but absolutely no guarantees are made regarding actual seat assignments. It is impossible for us or any other vendor to guarantee specific seats.
  • Special requests, such as smoking or non-smoking rooms and room types, cannot be guaranteed.
  • Cancellations must be full order cancellations. Partial cancellations cannot be accepted. The per person deposit cannot be refunded.
  • All cancellations must be made with BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) , not directly with individual suppliers.
  • Cancellation requests should be made first by phone (615-383-3012) and then in writing and sent to: BlueShoe Nashville 1305 Clinton Street, Suite 120, Nashville, TN 37203. If you do not receive an acknowledgment on your cancellation, you should contact us immediately. 

    Please consider purchasing travel insurance if you feel that cancellation is a possibility.
